A New Mexico Native, I have lived with my husband in Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado prior to moving to Albuquerque in 1998.  Having taught Piano for a majority of my life, Real Estate is a second career.  I became licensed in 2006 and was honored to be accepted as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Legacy.  

In the process of becoming trained, licensed, and experienced, I found that a Professional Realtor requires many of the same skills necessary to being an effective Piano Teacher.

Both fields require a lifetime commitment to learning, growing, and improving; the ability to listen carefully and "tune in" to the needs and interests of every individual; each profession requires the mindset, patience, and desire to pay close attention to details; to remember that a musician is a "conduit" to conveying the musical meaning of a composition that the composer intended and that the primary function of a Real Estate Broker is to relay the wishes of the Client exactly as he/she wishes...as we hear many times over in training..."The Realtor Provides Information--The Client Decides." 

My purpose as a Realtor is to serve in whatever way is in the client's best interest.
